Under Miles’s leadership, Energy CX has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies for three consecutive years (2024, 2025, 2026) and on Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 in 2026. Miles was named to the 2026 Chicago Titan 100, recognizing him as one of the city’s most accomplished business leaders. Miles also invests his time in helping his community. He initiated Energy CX’s partnership with META24, a nonprofit reimagining education through entrepreneurship by giving at-risk students in Chicago the tools, resources and real-world experience to build their futures, and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the organization over the past five years.
